Functionality
The installation of an engineered three-layer floor is quicker and easier than traditional solid. Baltic Wood flooring construction enables a repeated re-installation in different rooms without any damage done to the floorboard joints.
Hence, it is much easier to replace a single board which has been damaged and our three-layer floors can be installed over floor heating.
Baltic Wood also provides an original and precise factory finish allowing the floor to be used directly after installation. The site applied, time-consuming application of urethane or oil to the floor and possible emission of noxious substances is eliminated.
Moreover, the engineered three-layer hardwood floors can be repeatedly renovated, just like the traditional parquet.
Resistance
The three-layer floor construction as well as the special shape of the glue-free joint guarantee a much higher resistance against humidity and temperature fluctuations which affect the floor all year round.
The Baltic LOC glue-free joint system enables the floor to settle down much better.
Aesthetics
A wide variety of woods and grades offered by Baltic Wood facilitates the choice of the flooring best suited to the interior style.
Ecology
Baltic Wood’s superior top layer does not require excessive wood material thus using fewer resources for our floors.
Time and cost savings
The long length of the floorboards facilitates the installation process, shortens the installation time and lowers the installation costs. It is actually possible to install the flooring on one’s own.
The floor is ready to be used immediately after the installation has been completed.
